1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items marked as final sale or explicitly stated as non-refundable are not eligible for returns or refunds.


2. Return Procedure
To request a return, please contact us within the 30-day period and include:

  • Your order details

  • The reason for the return

Our team will provide instructions for returning your item. Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.


3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (this may include photo verification), we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days

  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.


5. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or customized products (unless defective or damaged)

  • Clearance or final sale items


6. Delivery & Return Conditions

  • Returns cannot be initiated before the item has been delivered.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you must first receive the package and then return it.

  • We do not issue refunds if a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect their package.

If a package is sent to a pickup point and not collected:

  • A €10 administrative fee will be deducted from any refund.

Please note that our warehouse is located in Asia, and returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team after your return request is approved.
