Orders & payment
Yes. Choose Klarna at checkout to split your order into 3 interest-free payments or pay within 30 days. Klarna decides eligibility during checkout.
Email info@olyxfashion.com with your order number as soon as possible. Orders that have not been packed yet can be changed or cancelled free of charge. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, you can use the normal 14-day return.
No — Olyx Fashion is an online store based in London. All orders are shipped; we do not offer pick-up.

Shipping & delivery
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 48 hours. During very busy periods (new drops, sales, holidays) dispatch can occasionally take a little longer — you always receive an email with your tracking link the moment your parcel is on its way.
Standard delivery takes 5–14 working days after dispatch, depending on your country. Rare or exclusive pairs that we source specifically for you can take up to 25 days — this is always mentioned before you order. Shipping is free and tracked, everywhere.
Yes. We ship worldwide — the UK, the EU, the US and almost everywhere else, and shipping is always free and tracked. Everything is paid online — there are never extra costs on arrival.
No. Everything is paid online at checkout — the price you see is the full price. There is nothing to pay to the courier or customs when your parcel arrives, wherever you live.
Tracking can pause for a few days while a parcel moves between hubs, especially for international shipments. If nothing has changed for 5 working days, email us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the courier straight away.

Yes. Every item we sell is genuine, new and unworn. Each pair is inspected before it ships — materials, stitching, box, labels and finishing. Read exactly how we check on our authenticity page.
We buy through a network of trusted suppliers and retail partners worldwide that we have worked with for years. Olyx Fashion is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with the brands we sell.
Often, yes. Send us the model, colourway and size via the contact page. If we can source it we will send you a price and an honest delivery estimate before you commit.

Sizing
Every product page shows a size guide and a size tip (for example “true to size” or “take half a size up”). Sneaker sizes are shown in EU sizing. Not sure? Email us your usual size in another brand and we will recommend the closest match.
No problem. You can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, or contact us to arrange an exchange for another size (subject to availability).

Returns & refunds
You have 14 days after delivery to return an item, in line with EU consumer law. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging with all tags and inserts. See our returns page for the steps.
Email info@olyxfashion.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply with the return address and instructions — please wait for it before sending anything. Return shipping is paid by you; we recommend a tracked service. Full details on our returns page.
We refund the original payment method within 5 working days after your return has arrived and been checked. Your bank or Klarna may need a few extra days to show the amount.
Refused or uncollected parcels are not refunded. Please always accept your delivery and collect it from the pickup point in time. If you no longer want the item, receive it first and then start a normal return within 14 days.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We look at it straight away and agree the solution with you — a replacement or a full refund.
