How do I become a member?
Create your Olyx account with your email address. You're a member right away and get 20 points to start.
How do I earn points?
You get 1 point for every $3 you spend (1.5 or 2 points in the higher tiers), plus bonus points for your 3rd order, orders of $750 or more and Fear of God Essentials. Points are added after your order is paid.
Do I need to be signed in when I order?
Use the same email address as your account. Points are linked to your email, so you can also check out as a guest — but you need to be signed in to use your store credit.
How do I use my points?
You don't have to do anything. Every time you reach 200 points we turn them into $10 store credit on your account. Sign in at checkout and choose to apply your store credit.
Where can I see my points?
Sign in and open this page: your balance is shown at the top. Product pages show how many points each item earns.
Do my points or store credit expire?
No. Points and store credit don't expire.
What happens if I return an order?
If you return or cancel an order, the points you earned for it are taken off your balance.
Can I get points for an order I placed before I joined?
Points are added automatically for orders placed with the same email after the program started. Message us if something looks wrong and we'll check it.
